GlassCore
A premium full-glass cabin that keeps sightlines open and floods the shaft with daylight. Our most requested model for double-height entrances.
Vertico Elevators designs, manufactures and installs modern residential lifts for homes and buildings up to G+3 floors. No machine room, no deep pit, and a finish that belongs in your interior rather than beside it.
Whether you want a lift that disappears into the architecture or one that becomes the centrepiece of the stairwell, there is a Vertico model built for it.
A premium full-glass cabin that keeps sightlines open and floods the shaft with daylight. Our most requested model for double-height entrances.
A railing-style system with an open-view design, the lightest visual footprint in the range, ideal for narrow stairwells and courtyards.
A modern metal cubicle cabin built for daily family use, durable panels, a quiet ride and a contemporary brushed finish.
A steel-and-glass structure that carries its own loads, so it can be added to a finished house without cutting into the existing frame.
We combine space-saving design with energy-efficient technology to deliver modern elevator solutions for homes and offices. Precision engineering, reliable performance and cost-effective pricing, backed by professional installation and dedicated after-sales service.
Every lift is drawn before it is built. Our designers work from measurements taken in your own house rather than a standard box, so the structure suits the space it has to live in.
Shaft dimensions, door side, stop count, cabin finish and control layout are all set with you. Every unit is fully customisable to suit your space and your design.
A written schedule is agreed before fabrication starts. Because the steel, the cabin and the installation team are all ours, your dates do not sit in somebody else's queue.
Manufactured under strict quality control at our own Korangi works, where we can reject what is not right instead of accepting what a subcontractor delivers.
The person who surveys your home stays with the project through drawings, fabrication and handover. You are not passed between departments.
The site survey and the quotation come first, and both are free. From order confirmation onward, this is how your lift gets designed, built and handed over.
Project finalised with specifications, design preferences and your approval in writing.
Accurate on site measurements, so the lift fits the building and the planning is right first time.
Detailed technical drawings prepared for precision, then issued to you for approval.
Manufactured at our Korangi works with high quality materials and strict quality control.
Secure transport, followed by professional installation and final testing before handover.
Vertico is a single point of responsibility. We are the manufacturer, the installer and the service provider, so nobody gets to point at anybody else when something needs fixing.

No verbal promises that evaporate at handover. These four things are part of the contract.
Structure, cabin, drive, civil work and commissioning priced line by line, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Fabrication start, site mobilisation and commissioning dates agreed up front and updated if anything moves.
Coverage terms stated on paper at handover, together with what is included in the first year of service.
One engineer who knows your installation, reachable directly instead of through a call queue.
The things homeowners in Pakistan ask us most often before committing to a lift.
No. Vertico home elevators are machine-room-less designs. The drive system is housed within the shaft structure itself, so you do not need to give up a separate room on your roof or in your basement.
Yes. Most of our installations are retrofits into completed homes. Because our systems need no deep pit and no machine room, a lift can usually be added to a stairwell void, a light well, an outdoor wall or an internal corner without structural demolition.
Our residential range is engineered for buildings up to G+3, which covers the vast majority of houses and small apartment blocks in Pakistan. Taller requirements are quoted case by case after a survey.
After the site survey and final drawing approval, fabrication and installation typically run a few weeks depending on the model, cabin finish and number of stops. We confirm a schedule in writing before work begins.
Load shedding is a normal part of life here, so backup is one of the first things we settle at survey rather than something you discover later. Every unit has an emergency stop function as standard, and your quotation states in writing exactly what backup arrangement is included for your installation before you commit to anything.
